Our Team

BUILDING TOGETHER

Jaytex is fiercely proud of the work environment we have nurtured over the years. It’s one that encourages staff to think outside the box, to be continually learning and growing, to feel valued and to make a contribution.

From our newest apprentices to our most experienced construction and project managers, our team has a diverse combined experience within the building industry. They share an extensive portfolio of knowledge across construction and project management, finance, safety and business management.

At a practical level, all our construction workers are paid according to the building and construction award and hold or are working towards their builder’s licence, with many being supported through their own studies for a diploma of building.

Our team really does feel like family. From Darwin down to Adelaide, our staff are the reliable, trusted experts, friends and advisers who make Jaytex the exceptional company that it is.

Brett’s professionalism and integrity go back to the days when a handshake was as solid as a written contract. That’s how Brett still does business – with transparency and respect. OPPORTUNITIES

Jaytex is passionate about up-skilling local people and creating a more equitable construction industry in the Northern Territory and South Australia.

Our trainee and apprenticeship program provides the opportunity for young Indigenous people interested in a career in construction to learn real work skills in the industry. We make it a priority to provide employment opportunities, training and integration of local Indigenous people for every project we undertake. We currently have two Indigenous carpentry apprentices who we’re supporting through trade school.
