The Jaytex team are fiercely proud Territorians. Our local staff, subcontractors and suppliers are committed to building our community, from the ground up.
Our staff are the reliable, trusted experts, friends and advisers who make Jaytex the exceptional company that it is.
We provide a work environment which encourages our staff to think outside the box, to be continually learning and growing, to feel valued and to make a contribution. Our team really does feel like family.
Our team has a diverse combined experience within the construction industry. They share an extensive portfolio of knowledge across construction and project management, finance, safety and business management.
Jaytex is passionate about up-skilling local people and creating a more equitable construction industry in the Northern Territory.
Our trainee and apprenticeship program provides the opportunity for young Indigenous people interested in a career in construction to learn real work skills in the industry. We make it a priority to provide employment opportunities, training and integration of local Indigenous people for every project we undertake. We currently have six indigenous carpentry apprentices and one construction administration trainee whom we’re supporting though trade school.
