Neil Daffen

General Manager

As General Manager, Neil brings over two decades of Management level experience to Jaytex Construction, with a diverse knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry, from initial design development through to detailed construction and commissioning of buildings ranging from luxury residential, Commercial, Government Defence projects through to EPC mine civils and infrastructure.

Neil has spent a significant portion of his extensive career specialising in remote and logistically challenging Engineering and Construction projects both throughout Northern Australia and Internationally across the Middle East & Pacific Islands. Motivated, Professional and excited by challenges, Neil prides himself on a ‘hands-on’ managerial approach and has an exceptional track record of performance management and building high performing teams, with a proven ability to guide and manage these teams, with an outstanding reputation for ‘turning around’ performance on difficult/under-performing projects.
In addition to his role at Jaytex, Neil is also General Manager of On Country Construction, our Indigenous commercial construction business which is a joint venture between Jaytex Construction and Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation.
