Jaytex Construction design and constructed the new bet365 building at the Darwin Corporate Park, integrating the base build and office fit-out. Through the engagement of over 59 local subcontractor companies, we worked collaboratively to bring the clients vision to life.
Constructed with 168 precast panels, Building 7 features a curved entrance, basement parking, feature awning and window slats and full curtain wall glazing. The building is secured with facial recognition access controls and is complete with an elevator, fully integrated 700 kva back-up generator, 100kw solar system and significant services scope to facilitate the 24/7 operation of the business.
Delivered during the challenging pandemic, the Jaytex team were forward thinking, nimble and utilised long-standing relationships with local trades and suppliers to ensure the build remained on time and budget.
The bet365 building completes the $80M Darwin Corporate Park, fully design and constructed by Jaytex Construction. Sold in 2022, Darwin Corporate Park was one of the largest commercial real estate sales in Darwin’s history. A testament to the innovative design and quality construction delivered by Jaytex.
