Current
Flowe is an exciting new 10-story mixed-use development blending over 100 new apartments with a wellness-centred retail and recreation offering. Flowe will be complete with a state-of the art gym, hot and cold pools, allied health and healthy dining options.
Sustainability and wellness is at the heart of the design, with the building targeting a 5-star Green Star rating.
The community focused project will incorporate a mix of affordable and disability suitable housing and includes features like a shared workshop space with tools and a 150 space secure bicycle park.
Flowe will be built using Cross Laminated Timber structure, a new, more sustainable approach that is lightweight, prefabricated and more efficient than traditional steel frame construction. Flowe is set to be the largest timber structure in South Australia and Jaytex Construction are excited to be at the forefront of construction innovation.
