Gulf Centre approached Jaytex at concept stage to deliver a flexible, forward-thinking solution for this mixed-use development, responding to an increased demand in commercial, retail & industrial spaces at this prime Darwin location.
Working with local consultants, we designed a flexible space that caters for a range of uses, from boutique office spaces to showrooms and light industrial warehouses. By future proofing the build with a variety of additional water and power services, possibilities were kept open for
prospective tenants.
As leases we're committed progressively throughout the build, transparency and open communication with the client was paramount in the proejct's success. Jaytex remained flexible & seamlessly integrated their requirements into the program. Upon completion, 60% of the spaces were leased, increasing to 80% just two months later. The results are a testament to Jaytex'
local expertise & our ability to design & construct facilities that meet local demand & client expectations.
This diverse and specialised build used our full range of services – planning, detailed design, project management and quality construction – delivering a functional investment property for our client.
