The construction included 137 continuous piles embedded into sandy foundations & due to the proximity to the coast, the basement walls fell within the water table zone, requiring a specialised waterproofing and subsoil drainage solution.
Delivered within close proximity to a busy pedestrian path and boundary to boundary neighbours, careful planning and strict WHSE controls were employed to ensure safety during construction and minimal disruption to neighbours.
This project showcases our expertise in combining commercial construction techniques to deliver bespoke residential projects.
