Jaytex Construction design and constructed the new 3,500m2, two story building at Darwin Corporate Park, solely occupied by bet365.
Constructed with 168 precast panels, Building 7 features a curved entrance, basement parking, feature awnings and full curtain wall glazing. The building is fully secured with facial recognition access controls, complete with an elevator and 100kw solar system.
Jaytex Construction worked closely with bet365 to deliver a brand-new fitout in line with their international standards. The open plan call centre includes 450 desks, 300m2 of raised flooring, three kitchens and breakout areas. Designed for 24/7 operation, the fitout comprised a complex comms room, 55km of electrical cabling, 700kva backup generator and a fully integrated BMS System.
