Project Award! ResourceCo, Level 5 Kent Town

Jaytex Construction has been appointed to deliver the new ResourceCo Head Office in Kent Town, supporting the continued growth of a leading Australasian organisation with a workforce of more than 900 people.

Designed by BELL Architecture, the project features a refined and contemporary aesthetic, incorporating natural timber finishes and curved architectural forms. The development will contribute to the evolving commercial landscape of Kent Town, a precinct increasingly recognised as a destination for progressive businesses.

Jaytex is delivering the project in collaboration with BESTEC, ensuring a cohesive and functional services design that integrates seamlessly with the base building works, also undertaken by Jaytex. This coordinated approach will support the delivery of a high-performing, future-focused workplace environment.
