Project Award! SAHT Oaklands Park Social Housing Refurbishment

Jaytex are thrilled to announce we've been selected by Government of South Australia, SA Housing Trust to deliver the refurbishment of Drew Court Walk Up Flats in Oaklands Park - one of the largest public housing properties in South Australia.

Funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Social Housing Accelerator Payment, the $19M project includes refurbishment of 93 units and surrounding landscaping. Importantly, this project forms part of a broader commitment to easing housing affordability in South Australia by improving access to high‑quality, secure public housing.
