Jaytex Construction is delivering Monde, a landmark mixed-use development in Kent Town that will set a new standard for premium urban living in South Australia.
Spanning seven levels, this boutique collection of 24 apartments and penthouses, blends sophisticated residential living with 3,400m2 of premium commercial space, wellness facilities, and a ground-floor eatery.
In collaboration with Otello, the project emphasises innovation, functionality, and luxury, creating spaces designed for living and working. Engaged through an ECI model, Jaytex were able to integrate our technical expertise in the design process, resulting in an efficient & transparent build, enhanced by effective collaboration across all consultants and trades.
Due for completion in 2026, Monde demonstrates Jaytex Construction’s capability in managing complex, medium-rise projects from concept to completion.
