NT Motorcycle Centre had outgrown their facility and sought a functional, stylish solution that integrated their office, showroom and warehouse to meet the needs of their growing business.
Jaytex were engaged early, nominating a site & handled all planning approvals & managed local consultants to design the new facility. Maintaining constant, open communication with the client throughout this process resulted in a design that captured all their requirements & allowed for future expanision.
Proudly collaborating with local subcontractors, Jaytex delivered a state-of-the-art facility complete with an open plan showoom & mezzanine, office & boardroom facilities and staff breakout spaces. The workshop was highly specialised, incorporating an expansive workspace with internal used-oil collection system and exhaust removal system.
Jaytex Construction went over and above to meet the clients deadlines by personally travelling interstate to retrieve delayed materials impacting the program.
With their new purpose-built space the NT Motorcycle Centre has increased its productivity, has room to grow and delivers a first class experience for both customers and staff.
