Jaytex Construction delivered this $6.7 million state-of-the-art multi-brand dealership for Eagers Automotive, Australia’s largest automotive retail group, in Adelaide’s southern suburbs. The Southern Vales facility brings together Nissan and BYD under one roof, offering a modern, elevated retail and customer service experience.
The project includes a contemporary showroom, customer service lounge, sleek reception and office spaces, and staff amenities, alongside a pre-delivery workshop with an integrated automatic car wash. To support sustainable mobility, dedicated electric vehicle charging stations are being incorporated, reflecting Eagers Automotive’s commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
Jaytex Construction is managing the project from start to finish, combining quality construction, design excellence, and collaborative delivery to create a high-performance facility that meets the evolving needs of vehicle sales and servicing.
