Jaytex Construction completed the design and construction of a new headquarters for APA Group’s Darwin-based team in October 2022.
Operating and maintaining over 15,000 kilometres of natural gas pipelines, APA is Australia’s leading infrastructure business, delivering over half of the nation’s natural gas supply.
Needing a new office and warehouse for their growing Northern Territory team, who help to manage the 1,630 kilometre Amadeus gas pipeline that runs from Central Australia to Darwin. APA group put their complete trust in Jaytex to deliver a state-of-the-art headquarters with natural, industrial sleek interiors that their team can work in daily.
Applying considerable thought and care into all areas of the project, we were able to ensure that 1460m2 project met the sustainability parameters set out by Green Star and NABERS. While also delivering a high-tech facility that ensured everything from the building’s security to the first-of-its-kind coffee machine for the NT would last for years to come!
