The works at the Marrara Sporting Complex involved the demolition and relocation of existing structures and the construction of a new female changeroom facility complete with toilets & showers.
Jaytex were able to condense the program by two weeks to deliver in time for the Arafura Games, within budget and without compromising on quality.
Communication and attention to safety was paramount for this project, considering the ongiong operations throughout construction. Hundreds of players utilise the facility throughout the week and on weekends, with the adjoining amenities remaining operational. In addition, deliveries, field maintenance teams, cleaners and various contractors were on site daily.
