Jaytex Construction simultaneously constructed the new Liberty Service Station and Guzman y Gomez Restaurant at Stuart Park, NT. The complex is the second service station delivered by Jaytex Construction and adds to the growing list of commercial kitchens and restaurants in our portfolio.
Jaytex Construction worked collaboratively with the client and separate national tenants deliver two brand-new builds in line with their national standards. Our team were transparent and nimble throughout the design and construct process, ensuring all specific and unique requirements were achieved.
Delivered on busy Stuart Highway, close collaboration with council authorities & the development of comprehensive WHSE, site management and logistics plans was paramount in ensuring safety of the public & site personnel during construction phase.
Our team applied strict quality control processes to ensure the installation of specialised fuel storage equipment and restaurant waste management was in line with national standards and achieved certification.
The result is a modern, functional retail experience with strong attention to detail on finishes.
